Are you also attending the 12th Australian Peptide Conference?
A private bus transfer will run on Sunday, 15 October 2017 in the morning from the Kingfisher Bay Resort to the 12th Australian Peptide Conference. Please click here for more details.
This transfer is not included in the combo ticket, so please make sure you select your ticket from the "Add-on"  menu when registering for the conference.

AIRPORT BUS & PASSENGER FERRY COMBO TICKET
The ticket includes a return bus transfer (Hervey Bay Airport - Mainland Reception River Heads) and return passenger ferry transfer (Mainland Reception River Heads - Kingfisher Bay Resort). 
If you are travelling with children aged 0-14 yo, please send an email to Daniela Sabolo at ASN Events indicating their name and age and she will book a child ticket for you.

Bus meeting point: Arrivals Hall  - Travelling time: 15 minutes
Ferry check-in point: Mainland Reception River Heads (Click here to view the map) - Travelling time: 50 minutes

IMPORTANT: Please check the ferry times carefully before booking airfares and allow enough travelling time.

PASSENGER FERRY TICKET ONLY
The ticket includes a return passenger ferry transfer (Mainland Reception River Heads - Kingfisher Bay Resort). If you are driving directly to the ferry terminal yourself, please make sure you select this option when registering.
If you are travelling with children aged 0-14 yo, please send an email to Daniela Sabolo at ASN Events indicating their name and age and she will book a child ticket for you.

Ferry check-in point: Mainland Reception River Heads (Click here to view the map) - Travelling time: 50 minutes

IMPORTANT: Guests driving directly to the ferry terminal are advised to arrive at the Mainland Reception River Heads to check-in 40 minutes prior to the ferry departure time.

WHAT IS THE ONLINE REGISTRATION DASHBOARD?

The registration dashboard is a unique online system, which provides delegates with an effective and efficient way to register and look after all aspects of the conference themselves prior and post conference. You can re-visit your registration dashboard at anytime to add social function tickets, add/amend your extras, book or amend your accommodation, make payment, edit/begin your abstract or download your invoice.

If you have previously registered for a conference ran by ASN, you would have more than likely developed your own 'registration dashboard'. If so, when registering for this conference - please enter your email and password under 'returning delegate', and click on SOLID PHASE 2017.

If you are yet to register for a conference ran by ASN - you will need to set up your own registration dashboard and therefore you will need to click on 'register as a new delegate'. Once you have filled out your details, you will have now developed your own 'Registration dashboard'.

REGISTRATION PAYMENT
 
A secure site is provided for online payment of your charges. This has its own section on the ‘dashboard’. Available options for payment include:

* Credit card - VISA or Master Card or Amex. Payments by MasterCard and Visa attract a 1.10% surcharge. Payments by AMEX attract a 3.30% surcharge.
* Cheque - personal or business/employer, drawn upon an Australian bank account
* Direct debit or Electronic funds transfer - you will be emailed banking instructions upon request  

A Tax Invoice (receipt) will be provided for all registrants. You can reprint this and your receipt from your registration dashboard at any time.   
The ABN for the conference is 90 093 246 176. All rates quoted include GST and are in Australian dollars.
All online registrations are checked by the conference secretariat. If there is any query they will contact you. If you wish to make changes or additions after you have registered, return to your registration dashboard.  

CANCELLING YOUR REGISTRATION WILL INCUR A FEE!
  • If you have gone ahead and registered, and then changed your mind - please let us know within 24 hours of registering to avoid any cancellation fees. 
  • Registration cancellation outside the 30 days prior to the conference, a $100 cancellation fee applies. 
  • Registration cancellation within 30 days prior to the conference no refunds will be given and the full cost of the registration will apply.
